Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Customer must contact us before sending any returns
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

- Store credit
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or supplier restrictions.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before processing begins.
